Baoding Balls

Baoding Balls help strengthen the hand and add dexterity to the fingers. They are also useful during meditation. The balls are placed in the palm of the hand and rotated in either direction. Advanced users can rotate the balls without allowing them to touch. These balls are made of steel and contain a small chime that makes a sound whenever the balls are disturbed. Small balls measure apx. 1 1/2 inches in diameter while large balls measure about 2 inches in diameter. Small balls come in a green case while large balls come in a blue case.

The cases containing these baoding balls are mainly for shipping and are not particularly high quality. The balls themselves, however, are great!
