"I ordered a black uniform with red buttons for one of my students. We received it in what I would call record time. I took the uniform to the students house and had him put it on to make sure it was a good fit. He put on the pants and I noticed that the draw string in the pants was cut, not all the way through but it was cut. No big deal to us, I contacted karatemart to let them be aware in case there are more defects. Today I received an email from Brandon telling me they were sending us a new pair that he personally inspected. That's what I call customer service. I wish all companies would treat their customers as good. We will only be ordering with karatemart from now on! Thank you Brandon!"
