Introducing KarateMart.com Product Reviews

Last week the staff here at KarateMart.com had a meeting that was focused on how we can improve our website and business for our customers. One of the ideas that came up was adding a product review option to each of our products. Today we are excited to announce that we have fully launched this new feature to all of our products on our website.
Product reviews are important for both our staff and our customers because they allow us to see which products we should improve on and which are most popular. This is also great for our customers because it allows them to see what other customers who have already purchased the product think of it. Using the product review allows you to express your opinion of our product in a short paragraph and give the product a rating from 1 to 5 stars.
All product reviews that are submitted are not censored, but moderated to make sure that all comments are appropriate, related to the product, and not spam. In other words, whether your review is for 5 stars or you are completely unsatisfied with a product, you will be able to see the review on our website as long as it is not spam and does not contain profanity.

The products and Customer Service demonstrated by Karatemart.com are an invaluable quality for customers. I promptly received a call back with answers to my questions before placing the order, and once the order was placed I was able to track the progress, learning of immediate attention and prompt scheduled shipping. Great service and great products! I got a couple of really cool throwing stars for someone who has just started collecting. They are exactly as expected, and super sharp.

The customer service and the after-sale service of karatemart is excellent, I had a problem with a product and they responded and solved it in a very quick way. I really recommend buying products from this company!!!!!
