Jeet Kune Do – literally translated “Way of the Intercepting Fist” is the martial arts style developed by Bruce Lee. Lee believed that the martial arts of his day were too rigid and had become disconnected from reality as far as real combat was concerned. He believed that fighting was spontaneous and that a martial artist could not predict it, only react to it, and that a good fighter should “be like water” and move fluidly without hesitating.
