Dark Horse Comics Releases New Motion Comic Episode: Usagi Yojimbo

For those of you who may not know, Usagi Yojimbo is just about as awesome as an anthropomorphic, samurai sword wielding, rabbit can ever get. Originally from a popular comic series by Stan Sakai, teh comic stars Usagi, rabbit who has assumed the role of a ronin in feudal Japan. Adventures ensue, honor is upheld, and a strict code of Bushido is adhered to. Seriously, you should take a weekend to acquaint yourself with the series. It's amazing.

The motion comic above, which was just launched by Dark Horse Comics today, provides a brilliant taste of Usagi both for newcomers and seasoned veterans alike. Oh, and if you're wondering where else you've seen this long-eared wanderer, you just have to think back to your early Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles days. He has had cameos in both the comics and the television series of the Turtles.
