Martial Arts Mayhem To Ensue On Nintendo 3DS With New Shinobi Game
May 26th, 2011
It's been quite some time since the ninja Musashi graced us with his presence in a video game. Almost ten years in fact. Well this time around the shurikens will be a-flyin' in 3 dimensions as Shinobi makes its debut on the Nintendo 3DS. Check out the trailer if the thought of ninja acrobatics and high-flying sword play isn't too intense for you.
I'd say things are looking pretty good so far for the franchise. SEGA America has posted an official press release on it's Blog. Some of the key points to take away from it are that, this time around, it will in fact be Joe Musashi's father, Jiro, that players will control and the target release date should be September 2011.
In the mean time, there's a Shinobi Ninja Sword around here that needs sharpening.
