UFC 148 Salaries: Forrest Griffin And Tito Ortiz Top The List

If you're like us, you get a kick out of looking at the fight purses for various fighting events and then ask yourself if you would have stepped into the same match-up for the same payout. Most of the time I find myself repeating a string of "No's" followed by the occasional "Heck no!". UFC 148's purses are no exception.

The big winner's this time around? Tito Ortiz and Forrest Griffin. While Ortiz went home with a paltry $250,000 Griffin walked away with $275,000 which included his $150,000 win bonus. Not bad for the scariest 15 minutes of your life. Still, to this I say if you add on another couple of zeroes I may agree to that fight.
