The Century BOB (Body Opponent Bag) XL is a full sized training mannequin that allows you to practice many of the martial arts techniques that aren't possible on a regular heavy bag. The Century BOB XL has a longer torso area than the original Century BOB, allowing you to practice lower strikes. The heavy duty polyethylene base has a round design to allow you to easily roll the punching bag into storage when finished and can be filled with sand or water to weigh up to 270 lbs. The lifelike mannequin style torso is filled with high density urethane foam and covered with an extremely durable plastisol material that is easy to clean and very strong. The base itself also has six height adjustments allowing the bag to stand from 60" to 78" tall.
