These Marble Baoding Balls are a great addition to your study or for your work out regiment. They are finely constructed out of marble and will add a nice touch to a desk or shelf. They also have the added benefit of helping you to relax and help build hand and finger strength, which is useful in a multitude of martial arts disciplines. To use them, place the balls in the palm of your hand and rotate them in either direction. More experienced practitioners are able to rotate the balls without them touching each other. Each Boading ball is 2" in diameter. Case color is selected randomly.
The cases containing these baoding balls are mainly for shipping and are not particularly high quality. The balls themselves, however, are great!
