"You can't beat this for the price. Well weighted and perfectly usable for personal practice as well as target hitting. Used it for weeks with no problems. Only thing to note is the size, which is very small. Even as a smaller guy(5'8") the handle and total length are very short. For this reason, definitely get the 11 section. It's only 4 feet but it's great for anyone who wants to try chain whip without spending a lot."
