"Absolutely love this!!!!! My 13 year old son is a big fan of martial arts. He was also a D student and liked to sneak out of the house a lot. But after receiving these and giving the boy one “good lesson” on how these num chicks work,,,,, well let’s just say my boy is now a solid C average student and he is home every night by 1am. I’d give them 6 stars if I could. (Ps the foam.chucks have just enough weight to really let them know you mean business without leaving marks or bruises.)"

"These are great for training, and the weight is not "so light you can't use it," but it's not "Wow, heavy!" It is a good weight, and I bought one of these (black, 8") and they are durable. I recommend this for nunchuck starters."
