Super Heavyweight Karate Jacket

A 14 ounce gi is the heaviest available (generally) and is considered a “Super Heavyweight Gi”. 14 ounce gis are the most responsive but can be stiff if they’re not properly cared for. Our gis are 100% cotton and this helps to prevent excessive stiffness. Super-heavyweight gis have great feel and character, and are excellent for official events. They also have a great snap in techniques.
