At KarateMart.com, we have worked hard to create new weapons in our ninja forges. We recently shared a few videos showcasing the talents of our very own Kyle with these weapons and some unlucky fruit. However, we know that the fruits of our labor couldn't compare to that of some of our fans. So we take it to you, our loyal customers, to give these weapons the awesome screen time we know they deserve. Here's how it works:

Make a video showcasing one of the exclusive metal weapons we've made this year (listed below). Then, upload it to YouTube and email us the link with "Smashing Contest" in the subject line. We want to see you using these weapons, not just swinging them around. Be creative! Let's see you stab, strike, thump, slash, thrash, batter, clobber, sever, bash, lance, pierce, and demolish things. When all entries have been received, our contest committee will then determine up to nine winners (one for each weapon). If we pick your video, you get a gift certificate for the amount you paid for the weapon, making it retroactively free!

The contest is open to anyone and everyone. Videos can be of any length and you can work alone or submit entries as a group. You can submit as many videos as you want. If your video features multiple weapons, only one of them will become free if you win.

Video Requirements

Videos should contain at least one of the following KarateMart exclusive weapons:

• High Strength Aluminum Bo Staff
• Steel Bo Staff
• Steel Escrima Stick
• Solid Aluminum Hexagon Escrima
• Solid Aluminum Alloy Nunchucks
• Solid Aluminum Hexagon Nunchucks
• Scorpion Chain Dart
• Solid Aluminum Alloy Yawara
• Aluminum Alloy Emei Piercer

We're a family-oriented website, so avoid foul language, nudity, and don't do anything illegal or obscene (the Contest Committee has the final say in this, so don't test us). Make sure that everyone who is in the video wants to be in it. Don't use copyrighted materials (music, images, etc.) unless you own the copyright or have a license to use the material for this contest. And, above all, be safe. We're not paying for your hospital bills.

Deadline

The deadline for submissions is 5 p.m., July 8, 2016. Winners will be announced no later than August 4, 2016.

Judging and Prizes

The prize for a top video is that we reimburse you for the weapon you bought. Prizes will be awarded in the form of a gift certificate. The Contest Committee will make determinations based on the following criteria:

• Adherence to contest rules
• Creativity
• Talent with Weapons
• Overall quality
