Yes, this stainless steel throwing star has a titanium oxide finish, which isn't technically an actual rainbow. Rainbows are made from the refraction of light in a medium. The anodized finish on this "rainbow" shuriken is more a byproduct of chemistry than physics. But it still looks pretty sweet.

The rainbow throwing star has a diameter of 4 inches and weighs around an ounce. There's also some writing on the front (some kanji, as well as "Kohga ninja").

The entire throwing star fits nicely in the black nylon carrying case, which keeps the star in mint condition.
