Our Kubotan Keychain is a weapon that every martial artist should have! A kubaton is a short range weapon that is commonly used for joint manipulations, pressure point techniques, and strikes. The weapon can be held in a closed fist to provide hardened punches, or used for striking via short forward jabs or even ice pick style hammer fist strikes. Many martial artists have learned to utilize the kubatan to increase the intensity of joint manipulations and pressure point techniques.
Our kubotans are made from aluminum and feature a keychain ring to make sure you never leave home without it. The 5.5 inch solid aluminum construction and it's 5/8 diameter makes this self defense weapon easy to conceal and carry. It is also very lightweight, only weighing 2 ounces. The kubatons all have a ribbed grip and a tapered end for maximum damage against your enemies.
These key chains are approximately the size of an average ball point pen but gives you the power to administer a devastating strike to anyone who dares threaten you. In the event of an altercation, these kubaton keychains are perhaps the best weapon you can possibly have for self-defense.

"This is a perfect sized Kubotan. It falls in between the larger sized Yawara and other smaller sized Kubotans. Will fit discretely in front pockets for quick access if needed without any legal hassles concerning concealed weaponry. Also, the end is more rounded off than pointed so it will not poke through the pocket material. A great buy, get two, one for each hand."

"Excellent kubotan, better than the traditional "all cylindrical design with no point". The point gives excellent penetration into the nerve with less pressure than the traditional kubotan design (which requires more pressure from the user). Also this design by not having a really pointy tip will not penetrate the skin of the attacker (which is good for a less lethal option to gain compliance from the attacker and also by not creating a puncturing and bleeding wound that will piss the attacker more while not giving you the advantage on the situation in any way only making things worse for you while defending). If you wish to do certain locks that require a cylindrical point you still can do them by using the cylindrical side that hold the keys. All in all an excellent less lethal tool for your arsenal. "This is an excellent self-defense product and very high quality. The customer also receives a card that shows where all the pressure points are at in case attacked, which I found very helpful. I highly recommend it."
