It includes a rapid release keychain and has a quick touch safety so you can protect yourself easily. It has an approximate shock discharge of 24 million volts, which comes in handy when needed. It also has added on safety features so it doesn't accidentally go off when it is not in use.
If you have to use this device against an assailant, less than 1 second will cause minor muscle contractions and will have a repelling effect. When it is used for 1 to 2 seconds, it will cause muscle spasms and a stun effect against the attacker. If you need to cause loss of balance, total disorientation and mental confusion, the stun gun should be used for 3 to 5 seconds. Please NEVER use the device for more than 5 seconds.
It also has bright battery indicator lights so you never have to wonder when it will run out of juice. When you use the rechargeable USB cord, the lights will blink until it is fully charged, at which time they will stop blinking. It also includes a bright LED flashlight just in case you need it.
