To get good enough to win, you have to focus. And what better way to train than with the Curved Leather Focus Mitts? These ergonomically curved punch targets are made from a fine genuine leather that covers a thick foam pad. Strap one on each hand, and see how many hits you can get in!
Each mitt weighs about 8 ounces and measures 7 inches by 10 inches, give or take. The open finger design of the glove gives you more freedom, but is low enough on the back to prevent accidental broken fingers. The forward curve design is also for safety, as it helps keep the wrist in a forward curl, so you're not smacking their hands back too far. The strap for the glove is heavy-duty Velcro which can be pulled nice and snug for security.
This pair of leather focus pads is great for boxing, MMA, karate, or ANY other striking sport practice. It helps you move quickly as your coach changes direction and location, it gives your body feedback on how the strike connects, and ultimately is the best way to train for actual hand-to-hand combat.
