If you can find someone to hold up a padded cushion for you to get stronger and more precise strikes, then the Square Hand Target is for both of you. Just strap one of these focus mitts onto your hand and hold it up to let your friend punch and kick to their heart's desire. You can even provide words of encouragement, like, "Kick it harder" and "I'm the one who broke your Xbox."
The three layers of impact-resistant foam and durable vinyl skin will keep hard blows from hurting anyone. The black nylon web straps and finger loop provide a secure hold, even through your partner's rage-fueled flurry of blows. Because the padded target is attached to your hand, you can move it around to provide versatility in your partner's training or to protect yourself when it's clear that they have begun aiming for your face. While these are sold individually, it might be a good idea to buy two. And, when it's your turn to practice your punches and kicks, aim for the square hand target, and not the guy holding it.
