If you've ever gotten one of those sampler appetizers at a sit-down restaurant, you know the benefits of having lots of variety. That's the cool thing about the Modern Warfare Throwing Knives. This knife set includes six distinct throwing knives to give you a feel for different types and styles.

First, what these throwers all have in common is that they are made out of stainless steel. Some knives weigh three ounces. Some of the knives weigh 4 ounces. They are all balanced in the center and are all full tang.

The first knife is Skyhawk. This chrome finish knife has a single-edged 4.5" blade. The handle is wrapped in black cord and has a small lanyard hole. This is probably the most advanced knife you can use in this set.

The next knife is Super, which has strategic holes in the blade and the handle to keep it light and balanced. The 3" double-edged blade is shorter, but this doesn't make contact with your target any harder (since you always have to hit with the pointy end anyway). The handle on the chrome-finish knife is designed with finger grooves for ease of throwing and has a lanyard hole.

The third knife is BK Widow, which must be sure for "black widow." This black anodized throwing knife has a 3.5" double-edged blade, holes for lightness and balance, and even a lanyard hole at the pommel. The handle is designed with some finger grooving.

The fourth thrower is Speed, which has an all-chrome finish. The 4.5 double-edged blade has a curved saw-tooth edge on the spine and the handle has holes strategically cut for balance. The penultimate throwing knife is Dragon Bolt, named after the Chinese dragon design etched onto the chrome finish. The double-edged blade is a mere 1.5", giving you a bit of a challenge, and the handle has finger grooving and a lanyard hole.

The final member of this set of throwing knives is Silver Wings. With a five-inch double-edged blade, this is probably the easiest knife to throw. Well, they're all pretty easy to throw. But this knife is the easiest to throw well. The handle on this chrome color throwing knife has a bunch of holes to keep the knife balanced and there's even finger grooves.
