Ninjas throw all kinds of sharp things, and now they can add broadswords to the list! Well, not quite, but close enough with the XL Black Throwing Knives. These large black steel knives come as a set of three, and will make any other throwing knife look like a miniature.

Throwing knives have to be sharp and stay sharp, even after hours of tossing them at a hard wooden target. These knife throwers are crafted with 1065 German surgical steel and given a black anodized coating all over to further protect the metal. And, of course, to make them as stealthy as possible for those ninja-types that love black so much. We get it.

Each side of the wide black knives has about 6.5 inches of sharpened fine edge and an extremely pointed tip for sticking that bullseye. The double-edge makes these knives a proper spearpoint, and they are referred to as broadhead throwers due to the wide belly at the top of the blade that then tapers down towards the handle. This allows for more surface area than a straight blade, and the curve makes for better hits into the plywood target at the range. At about 12 inches long, you'll have no problem picking your set of knives out from the smaller shuriken when you go to collect them.

The all black coating does help protect the steel from endless interactions with hard targets. The handle of each sharpened knife is vented for better aerodynamics, and a protruding finger guard helps you take aim and fire more accurately. With a center balance just below the blade, you'll have no issue getting each 7.2-ounce black throwing knife down range, provided you've done your homework on taking aim.

This large black throwing knife set travels well in the included black nylon sheath. It has a reinforced belt loop for convienet carry, and a fitted pocket for each knife so they won't rub up against each other during transport. Take them to the range, or gift these extra large knives to a ninja-to-be in your inner circle. Just make sure you're on good terms with them, so you don't end up as their target!
