"I purchased two at the same time, and my first thoughts were how beautiful the burnt pattern and how smooth the wood was, 10/10 for aesthetics!
During their first use I quickly realised that the metal cap was fairly loose, and felt extremely uncomfortable and unstable during training, like they could just break off at any given time. I ended up contacting customer support immidietly, and after a phone call, and a quick exchange of a few emails I was sent a new pair that day.
Fast forward a few days, I received my new pair, and the caps were on more securely! In practice the ball bearings feel smooth, and the chain hardly makes any noise.
Going even further, about 6 months of use later the caps are now slightly wobbly. I would maybe suggest you guys adding another pin going the other direction?
Overall, great customer service, and a pretty good product. I would recommend going with a paracord option!"
