"These chucks are well built and of a nice weight that is enough to give you a workout without tiring you out entirely. The foam is thick enough to feel good in your hand. The cord is nice and thick so as to last for a long, long time. I can find no fault with these chucks. Great buy, great item, fantastic price! I'm going to buy one of each of the other colors as soon as I can. These are so cool!"

"These chucks are great! I got one from a local store and i got the other here so i can do double chucks in TKD (taekwondo) Another good thing is that since they foam, they won't hurt if you accidentally hit your self.
