Did you read the disclaimer?:

Martial artists love rattan escrima sticks. It's not just because their lightness and durability give you the perfect speed and control for practicing your kali. It's also because they have a natural look so that you capture all of the character and beauty of the native plant that your stick was cut from. It is always great to see these in action with formidable warriors, as well as weapons demonstrations.

Since the Unpeeled Rattan Escrima has a natural finish, no two sticks have the exact same color, markings or thickness. Because it still has its natural skin, this rattan escrima stick will give you added grip to go along with the normal control and dexterity you get with our other escrima sticks. These escrima are all roughly 26 or 28 inches long with a 1 inch diameter. If you order a pair, we will try our best to match them up.

"Excellent sticks. Because they're unpeeled, the skin offers more protection to the stick and they tend to last a bit longer than the peeled rattan varieties. They're lightweight and perfect for flow drills, and it seems they try hard to give you matching sizes when you order two at a time, as mine are nearly identical and very straight. I've ran into some crooked sticks from other suppliers, but no problems here. Of course, the skin naturally isn't perfectly smooth, so you'll build up some calluses after a bit and it may tear up your hands a little if you're just starting, but that's something that you'll just have to deal with for a couple weeks. The sticks are excellent for the value, and they tend to ship fairly quickly. It seems most of the time, Karatemart ships my orders the same day, and carries some more obscure items needed for my classes whether it's kali, jkd, or ninjutsu. Would certainly recommend to anyone."
