This coating, while giving the weapon a blood red glow, further protects the already rust-resistant metal with another layer to repel moisture. At about 9.2 ounces and about 7.5 inches long, this knuckle axe is easy to take along for any hike, hunt, or high adventure.

These crimson axes are handy and it shows. The pointed tips on each side of the blade are extremely useful for splitting, slicing, and cutting into materials, giving a head start to the 3-inch sharpened fine edge. The back of the axe head has a bent pick, perfect for digging, smashing, or breaking through glass and ice in an emergency situation. You'll be controlling either side of this survival tool with the black G10 handle that covers the full tang of red steel.

What sets this axe apart is the double knuckle holes positioned at the base of the handle. During transport, place the sharp side of the axe into the snapping black ABS plastic sheath that was specifically designed for this axe. The fasteners keep the blade in check, while the back has a large metal clip for you to secure this axe in a convenient location.
