What looks like a bullet with a few finger holes is actually the Hidden Knife Knuckle Duster. This fist-loading device allows you to fit your fingers inside and punch with reckless abandon. Your knuckles will thank you. The person or people you punch will not thank you. They will probably be pretty mad, now that we think about it. Maybe don't be reckless.

Anyway, the black aluminum knuckles also have a 2" steel blade that comes out of the handle. That part makes this a multi-use weapon. You can strike at people's faces and cut some things.
