Easy to Conceal and Carry: This retractable spring baton is just 9 1/2 inches long when closed, and weighs under 1 1/4 pounds, so it's compact and lightweight. The self-defense weapons includes a nylon holster with a velcro closure and belt loop; It can be worn safely and discretely on your waist underneath your clothing, so you can take your baton with you wherever you go.
Powerful Expanding Action: The spring-loaded trigger releases the telescoping steel shafts with explosive force. This automatic tactical baton expands to 20 1/2 inches in milliseconds; You can deploy your weapon quickly and just the power behind the expanding baton can be intimidating to assailants.
Safety Locking Mechanism: Accidental discharge and injury is prevented with the locking mechanism next to the trigger. You have the ability to lock the shaft open or closed. When you're carrying the collapsed baton, you don't have to worry about leaning against the trigger and releasing the 11 3/4-inch shaft while it's in your pocket or the nylon case. When the everyday carry weapon is extended, the lock prevents the unintended retraction of the shaft while in use. To collapse or expand the baton, make sure the mechanism is in its unlocked position. To collapse your spring-loaded extendable baton, drive the shaft into a hard surface and follow through; To expand, hold the handle firmly and press the trigger.
Durable Steel Construction: The handle and the shaft on this telescoping police baton are made from strong steel alloy. This spring-loaded weapon is impact-resistant and able to withstand some abuse from real world defense tactics, as well as practicing self-defense techniques in a class or with a trainer. You can be confident that your expandable baton won't fall apart when you need it. The metal end cap on the shaft has a large surface area, so you're able to make contact effectively, and with some extra bite.
Rubberized Grip: The 9-inch handle has a rubber grip with a honeycomb pattern, giving you a secure hold on your automatic steel baton. The textured handle, as well as the included wrist strap, allow you to have more control of your weapon and less chance of dropping your baton.
Glass Breaker: The baton's pommel has a 3/8-inch glass breaker, which comes in handy if you're ever in a situation that requires breaking a car window to get to safety. This steel point can also be used as another defensive tool; In the event that you can't expand your baton quickly enough, the glass breaker gives you the ability to use the pommel as a makeshift kubotan-type device, allowing to land more effective blows that can repel an attacker just long enough to unlock the safety and open your baton. Of course, do not attempt this without advanced self-defense skills.
