Our 2-Piece Expandable Bo Staff bridges this gap; It is similar to our 2-Piece Collapsible Bo Staffs, but without all of the bells and whistles. This weapon is ideal for anyone who is trying to save some money during these unpredictable times!
The 4 foot telescoping bo staff weighs approximately 2 pounds, 12 ounces, has a collapsed length of approximately 19.5 inches and has an extended length of approximately 51 inches. The 5 foot bo staff is approximately 3 pounds, 2 ounces, has a collapsed length of approximately 22 inches and has an approximate extended length of 60 inches. When it is detached, these bo staffs become 2 extendable batons! For the 4 foot batons, they have an approximate weight of 1 pound, 6 ounces, has a collapsed length of 10 inches and an extended length of 21 inches. The 5 foot batons are approximately 1 pound, 9 ounces, has a collapsed length of 11 inches and has an approximate extended length of 29.75 inches. The diameter of these weapons are approximately 1 inch all throughout the bo staff/batons for both lengths.
These staffs are made out of a military grade aluminum alloy, making it strong but also lightweight to carry with you. When these weapons are extended, both telescoping shafts are made out of steel so it can stand up to any situation! The bo staffs have rubberized grip on each handle to prevent any accidental slips when in use. When being used as the batons, two metal end caps are included to keep your weapon from falling apart on you. Overall, this weapon is ideal for any martial arts or self defense purposes!

"Awesome! I bought this as a birthday present for my sister and I have been trying it out. It is really well made and looks amazing! It has A little trouble opening and closing but the more I play around with it the better it gets. I also kinda expected it since it is supposed to be the cheaper version of the original. But it still works great! The package it was shipped in was a bit banged up but that’s just FedEx. It wasn’t anything that this company did. Also amazing costumer service! A real person not a robot answered me within a couple hours and was very helpful! These kinds of things aren’t really my thing but it is really cool! I might have to get one for myself lol. Definitely recommend this staff!"

"When ordering the expandable 2 piece economic bow staff, I questioned its durability. I was expecting a very lightweight easily bendable item, but to my pleasant surprise, this 2 piece bow staff is very durable and has a solid steel feeling, even when extended. I have the 5 foot option so each section extended equals 30 inches when separated. Initially it takes a good amount of effort to extend the staff, especially individually, but it's getting easier with practice. I purchased this as a quick access, non-lethal weapon for defense and after welding the staff as a whole and when separated, definitely feel it can cause pain, even when used as a novice. Picture swinging a thin, solid, metal bat at an attacker and that's pretty much what this feels like."

"The hard rubber on the handles on the batons that make this bo staff is superior to that used on the more expensive model, however the more expensive 2 piece collapsible bo staff is a better weapon and a better option. I have purchased both and will only use this option as two 31 inch batons never as a Bo Staff. The assembly into a bo staff is too complicated with this model and so simple with the other that it is worth saving a little while longer and purchasing the more expensive option. The value of this option is in obtaining two perfect 31 inch batons with the hard rubber handles. This hard rubber allows you to weird the batons in a variety of different ways without the uncomfortable rubbing which takes place with the soft rubber used on the handles of the batons on the more expensive 2 piece collapsible bo staff."

"I am WILDLY impressed! Got here faster than Amazon Prime, and such a beautiful sturdy piece of equipment. I Plan to use it for an easy-to-pack bo staff to do tricks with, but it also has the weight to definitely pack a punch in a self-defense situation. Love it! 10/10"
