Size is relative. The fact that the Short Black Hardwood Nunchaku are called short is only because of their foot long regular-length cousins. You should be just as terrified of these wooden nunchucks because a solid hit from the solid wood handles will give you just as big a bump as their full-sized counterparts!

The handles of these nunchaku are shorter at 8 inches long, but they are not lacking. The handles are attached with a 7-inch stainless steel chain and swivel connector, giving more chain to spin and swing with. These short nunchaku fly faster and rebound faster due to their size, and you'll have a speed advantage over the common 12-inch pairs. So grab a set or two and start your long-term training!
