"Solid and sleek bo staff, the black definitely adds a nice touch and the weight definitely makes it more fun to train with but make sure not to hit yourself in the head because it will knock you out! 2 things that i want to mention. 1 when the bo staff came i had 2 straight days cleaning it, dirty and too much soot. Number 2 is that one of the ends wasn't welded right so it has small sharp metal unaligned and if you twist your hand around that area it will definitely scratch your skin and might get a cut. For that price you don't expect that you need to clean it or to see any issues but over all an amazing product.

"I’ve only had this for five minutes and I love it! It will definitely enhance your training. Spinning it around is slow for a few seconds after you start, but the momentum makes it easier the longer you work at it. The one tip I can offer when using this product is to be mindful about the warning labels and take them into consideration to avoid the need for a defense attorney. That way you can keep having fun while training hard. Thanks Karate Mart!"
