"Very happy with this bo. I owned a red oak model that was thicker and heavier, but this one is a nice middle weight that is more fluid and yet sturdy and effective to use. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I believe more premium white oak is out there, but I did not want to spend extra for it for this practice weapon. Recommended!"

"I got this about a month ago, but life happens, and my nice review had to wait until now. That being said, this is the best staff i have ever used. I have five others, and this is the lightest and the strongest. I put a rubber plug on the end and take it on my walks. it is also very fast for staff routines."
