"I’ve only had this for five minutes and I love it! It will definitely enhance your training. Spinning it around is slow for a few seconds after you start, but the momentum makes it easier the longer you work at it.
The one tip I can offer when using this product is to be mindful about the warning labels and take them into consideration to avoid the need for a defense attorney. That way you can keep having fun while training hard.
