The handle of this sharpened wakizashi is sturdy and controls the blade with precision. The tang of the blade is fitted to a wooden handle that is then wrapped in black synthetic rayskin and secured with black menuki to keep it all together. Over the top of the rayskin is a soft cotton wrap in a standard katana-style crisscross pattern that allows your hand to breath while still wicking away sweat.

The sheath of this well-crafted sword is made from custom-fitted wood that is wrapped in high quality black leather.
