Each ceramic blade is a deep gray color with a black ABS handle that is almost as light as a feather. Only 1 ounce each! The sharpened blade is a clean drop point with a dark treatment, like a ceramic version of stonewashed. The knife blade opens and closes manually, and has screws to make sure the movement is to your liking.
