For those of you readers who have searched every end of the web and struggle to find a reliable, useful source of information on exercise and staying fit, it looks like you're in luck!
A blog website was launched today with articles written by David LaMartina, an experienced weight trainer and fitness expert, and Russel Hudson. According to news sources, Hudson is a black belt of “martial arts,” but they do not specify which particular art. As of the launch, the site looks promising and has several articles with useful tips on diet, certain exercises, and fitness routines. Let's hope the writers keep busting out articles on a regular basis! I don't care personally since I'm already a master ninja, but I'm sure you guys will enjoy it.
