Today marks the 48th birthday of one of boxing's legendary competitor, Bernard Hopkins. It also marks the day of his announcement to challenge fellow pugilist Tavoris Cloud for his 175 pound title. Should he emerge from the bout victorious, this will mean a record shattering accomplishment if being on of boxing history's oldest record holders.
Whether you count yourself a B-Hop fan or not, you have to be a at least a little excited to see if this impressive athlete can pull off such an amazing feat. One thing's for certain, I surely wouldn't want to be in Cloud's shoes come March 9th.
