So the new Expendables 2 trailer may just be a mostly re-cut version of the last trailer, but it has two things going for it. One, it's a new Expendables 2 trailer. Two, it refrains from revealing everything about the movie, a mistake which it seems more and more movies these days are all too happy to make.
Example? Prometheus. Now don't get me wrong. I'll be one of the first in line satiating their Alien universe fanboy-ism, but at this point, I feel like I've already seen the whole movie. Note to the studios: Less is more. You want me to actually feel like I should go to the movie because I don't know everything that's going to happen? Then stop showing me everything that's going to happen!
Anymore, I just have to call it quits after the teaser for a movie is released, otherwise I won't have anything to look forward to come opening weekend.
Okay. Sorry for the rant people. Sorta had that one stored for a little while now. Whew. Much better.
We've never tried to hide the fact that we're huge fighting game and comic book fans here at KarateMart.com. Which is why the announcement trailer for NetherRealm's upcoming game, "Injustice: Gods Among Us" has us in such a nerdgasmic state.
The astute among you will recall that NetherRealms is the development company behind last years successful re-boot of the hit Mortal Kombat franchise. And now they've set their sights on DC Comics and their super-heroes. The most important details (besides the release date) are already known. This will be a fighting game that pits DC villains and heroes against each other, and it looks absolutely beautiful.
You'll want to take a minute to watch the eye-melting trailer. Just don't come crying to us when you suffer from instant withdrawals. It's looking that good. Oh, and P.S., could they have picked a cooler title?!
If the first teaser trailer wasn't good enough for you, don't fret. The official, full-length trailer for this Summer's newest entry in the Bourne franchise has landed. As you can expect, there's more guns, explosions, and close-quarters-combat than your eyes will be able to take in through one viewing.
So go ahead, stay and watch it twice. We don't mind.
The latest Chuck Norris 8-bit animation from the always entertaining DoctorOC has landed on the internets today and it's about as insane as the title would suggest. Not much else to say here except that you should probably stop reading and just watch it.
