Original photo courtesy of MMA Convert.com

If you've been following even the most remote of UFC news out there, then you'd know that the only thing bigger than the outcome of UFC 145 was what the fight card would look like for UFC 146. Amidst the unexpected controversy surrounding Alistair Overeem's removal from UFC 146's Main Event card, MMA fans around the world have been anticipating the announcement of Overeem's replacement in the battle against Junior Dos Santos.

Martial Arts Tricking Video Tuesday!

Okay, so we just made the holiday up but at least it gives us an excuse to show you some truly awesome footage of some insane Tricking going on.

For those of you not hip to all the new hotness out there, 'tricking' involves a whole lot of martial arts inspired tumbling for the single purpose of displaying one's athletic prowess over another. What that means for you is a whole lot of awesome flips, kicks, and aerial acrobatics that are straight out of a Stephen Chow film. Enjoy!

UFC 145 Hightlights: For Martial Arts Fans Who Couldn't Find a TV This Weekend

Serious MMA fans had got an all-around good show this weekend when the much-hyped UFC 145 landed on Pay-per-view Saturday night.

Perhaps what was most surprising was the fact that the highly touted Main Event between Jones and Evans was perhaps one of the least exciting fights of the night. What essentially stayed a five-round stand-up fight between the two fighters contained a few highlights, however, it was difficult to shake the feeling that the match itself fell flat after watching the excitement of the other matches on the card.

Check out the highlights in the video above.
Robot That Can Climb Stairs, Ninja Robots Not Far Behind?

So apparently last week DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) released video of a fully robotic platform (read: Creepily humanoid robot monster). What made this robot so interesting? How about that it can traverse stairs, walk on a treadmill, and even do push-ups. It's okay, we'll understand if you've stopped reading to cower under your desk...as if that would stop this nightmare.
