The handle cord wrap of deep navy blue against the white faux Ray skin give a wonderful contrast between light and dark. When holding this 39 1/4-inch samurai sword, the handle will become an extension of your arm as you move the sharpened blade through battle poses. One you've finished performing, you can slide the steel blade into the PVC scabbard. This holder will not warp or mold because of the modern material, won't swell from humidity to become an impenetrable tomb for your blade, and is covered in a glossy white coat. There is a flying sea dragon ascending from a turbulent teal water printed on the scabbard. With complementing wrapped tsuka-ito and sageo, the beauty of this battle-ready sword shines.
