Filled with brilliant Saturday morning cartoons and the beginnings of what would be become legendary video game franchises, it's a decade that can put a smile on my face quicker than a crane kick from Daniel LaRusso.(br /)(br /)If you're one of the unfortunate few that didn't get to experience the amazing martial arts brawl-fest that was (i)Double Dragon(/i) in either its arcade (u)or(/u) it's NES incarnation, then you owe it to yourself to give this re-boot of the classic franchise a look.(br /)(br /)Clearly inspired by the aforementioned Decade of Decadence, (i)Double Dragon Neon(/i) seeks to bring a radical new take on a video game series that deserves an overhaul.(br /)(br /)Check out the video which features footage from this year's E3 demo and let us know if you're a fan of the series or if you'll be there to play this new, neon edition when it arrived on (i)Xbox Live Arcade(/i) later this year.

Try the announcement of a (i)Street Fighter(/i) live action web series that will hit the internets at some point next year.(br /)(br /)Tentatively titled (i)Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist(/i), the series is set to reveal the rich back-stories behind many of your favorite world fighters. The victor was (as of yet) undefeated Veronica Rothenhausler who managed to knock out her opponent, Ashlee Evans-Smith, with her first punch. There's not much else to say except that it takes longer to finish reading Rothenhausler's name than the actual fight lasted.
