Well it looks like Tuesday's will now be known as (drumroll) Mortal Kombat Tuesdays... Okay, I'll work on the title. In the meantime, check out the second episode of the new Mortal Kombat webseries. I have to admit, after this episode, I'm hooked. At least enough to watch again next week.(br /)(br /) I don't want spoil anything for anyone, but keep an eye out around the halfway mark for a some super stylish violence involving Kano and Jax. (br /)(br /)(b)(NOTE: This one definitely drops some harsh language and is pretty violent to boot, so you'll probably have to go through the ol' YouTube age verify to watch this. Earlier last week we brought you the news of the new Mortal Kombat webseries and the circumstances behind its arrival. Well Tuesday may have taken it\'s sweet time getting here but, as promised, the first episode graced the internet yesterday afternoon. The popular game-centered, online video channel, Machinima.com, will be debuting a brand new web series based on the Mortal Kombat video games. Rumored to be 8-10 episodes, the first episode of the new Mortal Kombat Webseries will debut on April 12th, following a 4-hour, live-stream broadcast celebrating the upcoming release of the new Mortal Kombat video game. During the event, various actors from the show and director Kevin Tancharoen will be playing the video game while talking about their new series. The Mortal Kombat Machinima event is scheduled to begin streaming at 12pm PST on April 12th, with the first episode debuting immediately after the festivities at 4pm PST. Call me nostalgic, but I\'m actually excited about the series (b)and(/b) the game.(br /)(br /)
